Tickets
Yes! You can take advantage of early bird tickets available until December 31 at reduced prices:
- Adults (16 years and over): €15 per ticket (instead of €18)
- Children (10 to 15 years): €7.50 per ticket (instead of €10)
In addition, we occasionally offer limited-time promotional campaigns (such as Black Friday, Saint Nicholas, or Christmas). When available, these offers are announced on the autosalon.be website.
We encourage you to check the website regularly so you don’t miss any current promotions or special offers.
Yes. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket machines located at the entrance of the venue. However, we recommend buying your ticket online in advance to ensure a smoother experience and greater comfort.
All tickets are non-refundable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be returned.
Yes. If you would like an invoice, simply select the option “I want an invoice” at the bottom of the Personal Information screen on tickets.autosalon.be. You will then be asked to provide the following details:
- Company name
- Address
- VAT number
You may also add a personal reference to the invoice if needed. Once your purchase is complete, the invoice will be sent directly to your email.
No. Entrance to the Brussels Motor Show always requires a paid ticket. However, in some cases companies purchase tickets to offer to their stakeholders (such as employees or customers). If you receive such an invitation, you will be given a code that can be converted into a ticket via pass.autosalon.be.
Yes. The date shown on your ticket is indicative only. Your ticket is valid for all event days, except for Carrefour tickets (which are restricted to Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday) and the Opening Night, which requires a specific ticket.
If you purchased your ticket online, you can easily change the date through the online platform:
- Open your confirmation email and click on the “View your order” link.
- Select “Change Time Slot”
- You will then receive updated tickets with the new date by email.
Children under 10 years old enjoy free entry. However, a valid ticket is still required and must be obtained through tickets.autosalon.be. The ticket will be issued at no cost (€0).
Please note that Children need to enter by the designated Family lane.
You can easily benefit from the SNCB-NMBS Discovery Ticket by following these steps:
- Purchase your event ticket at tickets.autosalon.be.
- Once you receive your ticket, you’ll find a unique SNCB-NMBS code in the top-left corner.
- Use this code to purchase your Discovery Ticket online via the SNCB-NMBS website.
We recommend purchasing the Discovery Ticket in advance to ensure a smooth and comfortable journey to the event.
Go to pass.autosalon.be and enter the Carrefour code you have received. Please note that Carrefour tickets are only valid on Tuesday 13 January, Wednesday 14 January and Thursday 15 January.
Yes. Group tickets are available for groups of 15 people or more at a reduced rate of €12 per person (instead of €18). Please note that group tickets must be purchased directly by selecting the “Ticket | Group” option via tickets.autosalon.be or at the tickets machines at the entrance of the venue.
No. Children aged 10 to 15 benefit from a reduced entrance fee of €7.50 per ticket, and children under 10 can enter free of charge.
- Online purchases: You can pay by Bancontact/Payconiq, Credit Card, or iDEAL.
- At the venue: Payment is possible by Bancontact/Payconiq at the ticket machines located at the two main entrances.
- Adults (from 16 years old): €18 per ticket
- Children (between 10 and 15 years): €10 per ticket
- Children (under 10 years old): Free entry
- Group tickets (from 15 people): €12 per person
- Opening Night: €60 per ticket
A ticket for the opening night costs €60.
The opening night ticket offers an exclusive experience with a limited number of visitors, allowing a more relaxed and high-quality visit. It also includes access to Parking C.
Persons with Reduced Mobility (PRM)
Yes. All visitors must have a valid entry ticket to attend the event. To support accessibility and comfort, visitors with a disability may be accompanied by one companion free of charge.
Please use the PMR priority lane when entering the venue together.
Kindly remember to bring official documentation that confirms eligibility for accessibility support.
Yes, the venue is fully accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Visitors with reduced mobility (PRM) have access to a priority lane at the entrance.

While we cannot predict the number of visitors on any given day, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday tend to be quieter, even more so in the morning.
Preparing my visit
No. Slots for the animations can only be booked directly at the respective stands during the event. For further information, please contact the staff at the stand of the animation.
No. Only guide dogs for the visually impaired are permitted.
You can buy a Parking C ticket in advance directly from tickets.autosalon.be for €12.
No. The Brussels Motor Show does not issue official invitation letters for visa applications.
The Car of the Year Ceremony will take place on Press Day, 9 January 2026, and therefor it is not open to the general public. You can however enjoy all the Car of the Year finalist cars (and of course the winner) in one place: the COTY-zone in Hall 6. Worth a visit !
Absolutely. Self-service lockers will be available at the entrance of the walking bridge coming from Parking C, mainly to safely store your helmet. And a staffed cloakroom welcomes you at the main entrance of the Astrid Hall to safely store all other motorbike gear, allowing you to enjoy your visit comfortably.
Yes. A variety of restaurants, snack options, and drinks will be available throughout the venue. We invite you to consult the event plan to explore the full range of food and beverage options.
People coming by bicycle can find free parking in front of Hall 5 and at parking B, M and E near Brussels Expo.
Motorcycles will be able to park for free in Parking C during the Brussels Motor Show.
There are several car parks at Brussels Expo. You can buy a Parking C ticket in advance directly from tickets.autosalon.be for €12.
Low Emission Zone (LEZ)
There are two eligibility criteria:
- You must have your official residence in Brussels AND...
- You must own a vehicle that will no longer be permitted to enter Brussels as of January 2026 due to the recent changes to the Low Emission Zone.
If you meet both criteria, you are eligible to receive a free invitation from Febiac. To apply, please complete the following form.
Please consult the official LEZ Brussels website to check whether your vehicle is affected.
Tickets will be sent closer to the event date. If you have not received any update by early January, please feel free to email [email protected] to request an update. When contacting us, don’t forget to include the details of your participation (your name and the vehicle’s VIN).
No. Neither the Brussels Ring nor Parking C is part of the Brussels LEZ.
