Brussels Motor Show takes the European spotlight

The Brussels Motor Show hosted the yearly highlight of the European automotive world: the Car of the Year 2026 award ceremony. On January 9th, the most ground breaking car of the year was revealed in front of all national and international media attending the Press Day.

From a field of 35 models, 60 jury members from 23 European countries selected the Mercedes-Benz CLA as the Car of the Year 2026.

All the Car of the Year finalists will remain present for the entire duration of Brussels Motor Show, on a dedicated exhibition space in Hall 6.
