*** Driver Stéphane Lémeret will represent Car-Pass in the VW Fun Cup ***
For the 2012 Fun Cup season, Stéphane Lémeret will take the wheel of the car wearing the colours of Car-Pass to compete for the title in the “Two-Seater” category. He will be joining the seasoned team of Live Racing Experience that is captained by Alain Vercammen and Pietro Avanzini and also includes Miguel Coppieters and Nicolas Vaxelaire. Marc Wauters will be responsible for the technical support for the car.
Stéphane Lémeret normally drives much faster racing cars in competitions such as the Le Mans Series or the BTCS, but that will hardly prevent him from being an enthusiastic and motivated participant in the hotly contested Fun Cup.
During the Motor Show, a contest will be held jointly with Autoscout24. By answering a few simple questions about Car-Pass, participants can enter to win a seat as co-pilot during the opening manche of the Fun Cup at the racetrack in Zolder. Over the course of the entire season, 70 people will have the chance to get a taste of auto racing in this way. Thanks in part to the professionalism, experience and enthusiasm of Stéphane Lémeret, this certainly promises to be a unique experience.
Stéphane Lémeret will make an appearance at the Car-Pass stand on the patio of the Motor Show on Thursday 19 January at 2:30 PM.
